David and Galina Witchell opened the doors in 1996 with seven employees. Every designer since has been raised the same way: trained in the house, on one standard. We are still hiring the way we grew.
We rarely hire a finished designer. We raise one. If you are newly licensed, or years into the craft and looking for a room that takes it as seriously as you do (hair, spa, nails, or front-of-house), this is a house that promotes from within and means it.

You start on the floor.
New talent is mentored daily, in the room, by the designers who came up the same way. It is the slow way to learn a craft, and the only way we teach it, so the standard is the same whether you sit in the first chair or the sixtieth.
You grow through five levels.
Emerging Designer to Creative Director: a ladder you climb on skill and continued education, not tenure. Advancement here is rapid for those who earn it, and it is always internal first.
You stay because it feels like home.
