The plain-language agreements behind an appointment here. Nothing surprising: just what to expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Appointments and cancellations
Booking an appointment reserves a designer's time for you. We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel; inside that window, or for a missed appointment, we may charge for the reserved time. A credit card holds spa appointments and any salon service over 90 minutes. Parties of three or more reserve with a deposit. See Bridal & Groups for the details.
Pricing
Menu prices are a guide, not a quote. Final pricing depends on the service performed, the designer's level, and the length and complexity of the work, and is confirmed at the chair. Complex color and correction are always quoted at consultation. Prices may change without notice.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable at either location, toward services or products, and do not expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
Products and returns
Unopened retail products in resalable condition may be returned within a reasonable period with a receipt. Opened products and used tools are not returnable for hygiene reasons. If a product doesn't suit you, tell us. We'd rather find you the right one.

The words, images, and design on this site belong to David J. Witchell Salon & Spa and may not be copied or reused without permission. Booking and gift-card checkout are handled by our scheduling provider on their own systems and terms.
