Can I book online?
Yes. Choose Book Now, pick your location, Newtown or Peddler's Village, and you can reserve in about a minute. Rather talk it through? Call (215) 579-1200; the front desk has matched people to the right chair since 1996.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook you without a charge. Inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, we may charge for the reserved time. A credit card holds spa appointments and any salon service over 90 minutes, Keratin included.
How early should I arrive?
About ten minutes ahead. It lets us settle you in with a coat and something to drink, so your time in the chair starts unhurried.
Can I book a wedding, a party, or a group?
Yes. Parties of three or more reserve with a 50% deposit, non-refundable within seven days of the date. Our bridal and party specialists plan the morning with you. See Bridal & Groups, or call (215) 579-1200 and ask for the party desk.
How do gift cards work?
Our e-gift cards work at either location, toward any service or product, and they don't expire. You can send one online in a few minutes. No account needed.
How do I pay, and how does gratuity work?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, and check. Gratuity is cash or Venmo; customary is 18–20%, always at your discretion.
