Why the menu says “custom.”
Most facial menus make you diagnose yourself (hydrating or clarifying, brightening or calming) before anyone has looked at your skin. Ours starts the other way: your esthetician assesses your skin first, then composes the treatment from what she sees and what you want, explaining as she goes.
What a visit includes.
Cleansing, exfoliation suited to your skin's tolerance, extractions where they're actually needed, and finishing care chosen for the skin you have that day, not the skin the menu assumed. When your skin needs more than a facial, advanced treatments are on the same menu, chosen together after a consultation.
The honest cadence.
For most skin, every four to six weeks: the length of a skin cycle. Your esthetician will suggest a rhythm for yours; we'd rather see you at the right cadence than the maximum one.
Every designer here is grown from within and trained in the house. Book by name, or call and the front desk will put you in the right chair.

I have sensitive, breakout-prone skin. Is a facial still a good idea?
Yes, arguably more so, because guessing at products is exactly what reactive skin punishes. Tell your esthetician what your skin's been doing; the treatment is composed around its tolerance, and nothing is used just because it's on a script.
