What is Shirodhara?
An Ayurvedic ritual in which warmed oil flows in a slow, steady stream across the forehead. Guests describe it as the deepest quiet they've found anywhere. It pairs beautifully with massage in the same visit.
How early should I arrive?
About fifteen minutes before a spa appointment. Enough time to arrive properly, not just physically. We'll take it from there.
Can you host a spa day for a group?
Yes. Spa parties and group visits are one of our favorite things to arrange. Groups of three or more reserve with a deposit; start with our bridal & groups page or call the front desk.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook you without a charge. Inside 24 hours we may charge for the reserved time.
