Every extension service here starts with a consultation before anything is installed. Your designer matches color in person, recommends a method for your hair rather than the one on promotion, and walks you through the real cost of upkeep, in money and mornings, before you commit. If extensions aren't the right answer for your hair, we'll say so.
Who they suit.
Guests growing out a cut they regret, fine hair that wants believable volume, and anyone who wants length for a season or a wedding without waiting a year for it. Done well, extensions should be invisible. Everyone will notice. No one will know.
Living with them.
Extensions are a relationship, not a purchase: they need scheduled maintenance visits and a home-care routine your designer will set out plainly at the consultation. Guests who follow the plan are the ones whose extensions nobody can spot.
Every designer here is grown from within and trained in the house. Book by name, or call and the front desk will put you in the right chair.

Will extensions damage my hair?
Properly matched to your hair, properly installed, and properly maintained: no; the method your designer recommends will be chosen so your own hair stays healthy underneath. Skipped maintenance is where damage comes from, which is why we're upfront about the upkeep before you commit.
How long do extensions last?
It depends on the method and your home care: some are refreshed in weeks, others carry for months with move-up visits. Your consultation covers the honest timeline for the method that fits your hair.
Can you match my hair color exactly?
That's the point of doing the match in person at a consultation rather than from a photo. Color-matching, including blending multiple shades, is decided in the chair, in real light, next to your own hair.
