What do the designer levels mean?
Five levels, every one of them DJW-trained. The levels reflect years behind the chair and advanced education, and pricing follows the level. Emerging Designers are our rising talent, mentored daily on the floor; Creative Director appointments are the house's defining eye. Choose by budget or by request. Either way you're in good hands.
Do I need a consultation before color?
For a first color visit with us, yes. A short consultation lets us look at your hair's history and agree on a realistic plan before any color is mixed. Consultations are complimentary, and for corrective color they're essential.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook you without a charge. Inside 24 hours we may charge for the reserved time.
Can I request a specific designer?
Please do. Book with any designer by name, online or by phone at (215) 579-1200, and we'll keep you with them visit after visit.
