It begins with a consultation. Formulas differ, and your hair's history and texture decide which is right, which is why we confirm the formula before we book the time. You'll leave with exact home-care timing for your formula, and color-safe, sulfate-free care will make the months last.

Months. Where it lands in that range depends on your hair, your water, and your home care. At your consultation your designer will give you an honest estimate for your hair rather than a brochure number.
Is keratin smoothing the same as straightening?
No, and we offer both, so there's no upsell in the answer. Smoothing calms frizz and speeds mornings while keeping your hair's movement; straightening permanently restructures the hair straight. The consultation sorts out which result you're actually after.
Can I get a keratin treatment on colored hair?
Generally yes. Smoothing and color live happily together with the right sequencing, and many guests do both with us. Mention your color history when you book so we plan the order properly.
